Do I need to set up an account with you?

We require everyone who purchases a product on our site to create an account. It's essential for all eRentals because you'll need to log into your account to access your eRental. It is also beneficial to those who purchase printed books by allowing them to track their order.

How do I change and check my account details?

Just click on the "My Account" link or the "Sign In" link located at the top our home page. There is also an "My Account" link located at the footer of our home page. Once you've signed into your account, you can then change and check your account details.

I've forgotten my password

Just click the "My Account" link or the "Sign In" link. Then select the "Forgot password?" option and enter your email address, and we will send you an email to get you started on resetting your password.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

We have different return policies for printed books and eRentals. Please check our return policy link at the bottom of our home page. If you have further questions, please use our "Contact Us" form, located at the top and bottom of our home page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

How do I access my eRental?

Once you have created an account and successfully purchased your eRental, you can view your eRental by logging into your account. Under the Orders heading, select the "View all Orders" link. Then view the order for your eRental and begin reading by selecting the "Read Online" button.
