OUR RETURNS POLICY FOR INDIVIDUALS
Our course packets and custom books may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. They must be returned in their original condition and in their original unopened packaging with your receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Packing and Shipping Your Return
Pack your item securely and enclose your receipt. Please also include your name, address, telephone number and email address, so we can contact you. Please ship to the address below at your expense. Be sure to use a traceable shipping method such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post since we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected shipments. Please ship your return to:

Refunds
Refunds will be made within 7-14 days of receiving your return. Returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
